Data deletion

Your choices for local app data and records held by the MIKTAL VPN service.

Last updated: 7 November 2026

MIKTAL VPN, published by imgele, works without an email/password account. Its service uses a random installation identity to operate connections and apply allowances.

The deletion-request mailbox is not active yet. Email support at info@imgele.xyz is being set up. The form below prepares a request on your device; it does not send it or delete server records. Public app-store rollout is pending this support setup.

Find your installation

  1. Open MIKTAL VPN.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy.
  3. Copy the 24-character Installation ID shown after the app has enrolled.

If you have not accepted the app's VPN notice, a service identity may not exist yet. Never send your private authentication token or a purchased VPN link.

What a processed deletion request covers

After verification and processing by the operator, deletion covers the installation identity and authentication record, associated connection/session records, daily usage records and technical errors under imgele's control. Active sessions must first be revoked. Independently operated VPN providers can keep separate records under their own policies. Restricted backups must be sanitized or retired, and any subsequent restoration must honor the deletion.

Local data and reporting controls

You can immediately disable error-report uploads in Settings. Disconnect the VPN, then clear Android app storage or uninstall the app to remove local preferences and queued reports. These local actions do not automatically erase existing server records.

Prepare a data-deletion request

When the mailbox is activated, send your saved request to info@imgele.xyz. Do not assume a deletion is complete until it has been processed and confirmed. See the privacy policy for retention details.
