The service, its allowances and what you can expect from MIKTAL VPN.

These terms apply to MIKTAL VPN, published by imgele, and this website. Use the service only if you can accept these terms and the privacy policy.

Using the service

MIKTAL VPN provides an encrypted connection from your Android device to an available VPN provider. Locations, capacity, methods and allowances can change. You are responsible for your device, the apps you route and complying with applicable laws. Do not use the service to attack systems, distribute malware, commit fraud, send spam or interfere with other users and infrastructure.

Allowances and providers

The allowance displayed in the app applies to the relevant managed connection. Independently operated providers may have their own volume limits, expiration and terms. The app does not grant unlimited data or guarantee a particular location, speed or availability. Sharing private configurations or authentication tokens can compromise service access.

Availability and limitations

Networks, carriers, device restrictions and remote sites can affect connections. The service is provided as available; it does not promise uninterrupted access, anonymity or suitability for an emergency or safety-critical purpose. An encrypted tunnel does not replace HTTPS, device security or good account security.

Service changes and abuse

We may change available locations, pause access for maintenance, enforce allowances or restrict an installation that threatens the service. We do not redirect or manipulate advertising traffic for monetization.

App distribution and intellectual property

Download only the app versions distributed by imgele or its verified store listing when published. Open-source components retain their respective licenses; see Open source. These terms do not remove rights granted by those licenses or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Revised terms are posted here with an updated date. Review them when using a newer app version or a changed service.
